All you need to do is the following:

/bind f11 screenshotJPEG

Then everytime you finish a match, press F11 and Quake will take a screen shot for you.
Then go My Computer>C:>Program Files>Quake III Arena>efreeze>screenshots and find the screenshot you took.

I got accustomed to it many times DTF Public, TX ereeze, INSTAFRAG to play a server
You look at it then how I am playing how and you decide it afterwards
